Returns & Refunds Policy

At Harron Journey, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully for more details on how to initiate a return or refund.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt.

  • Items that are customized or personalized are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected]. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

  2. After receiving approval, pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Send the item back to the address provided by our support team.

  5. Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method, which for cash on delivery orders will be refunded via the same method upon confirmation.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items that are damaged, altered, or used beyond the condition they were sold in

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and either issue a full refund or send you a replacement item at no extra cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item within the designated time frame and place a new order for the desired item.
